1. The physical and mental well-being of each client shall always be the prime consideration.
2. The rights and desires of the client shall always be respected.
3. Members shall avoid any conduct which could be construed as moral impropriety or sexual
misconduct with a client.
4. Members shall use hypnosis strictly within the limits of their training and competence.
5. Members shall be honest and ethical in their advertising and business dealings.
6. Hypnosis shall be employed in accordance with established laws and regulations.
7. Members shall be aware of their limitations and always avoid infringement on other
professionals.
8. Professional behavior and respect shall be extended to all fellow hypnotists.
Payment Policy
Payments by cash or check are to be made before or at the time of the appointment. Checks returned for insufficient funding will incur a $25 fee.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must contact Silver Lining Hypnosis, LLC 24 hours prior to cancellation of appointment to avoid being charged for the full session.

Clients must contact Silver Lining Hypnosis, LLC 24 hours prior to cancellation of appointment to avoid being charged for the full session.
Privacy Policy
Silver Lining Hypnosis, LLC takes every precaution to keep all information completely confidential. The release of personal information in any way without consent is strictly prohibited, except as required by law. Silver Lining Hypnosis, LLC keeps all information gathered online completely confidential as well. Information will not be sold, shared, or rented to outside parties.
Misconduct
Any form of abuse or sexual misconduct is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated in any way. Those who display such conduct will be asked to leave and fees will not be refunded.
